Hello everyone this is Lakeisha aka Lala Zee. I am an upcoming novelist, poet and entrepreneur. I have a novel coming out soon and I cant wait to share with you all. My hopes are that my book Pleasure vs Pain makes people aware of how the choices we make can effect one another. Eventually, I would like my book to be used as a platform for people to talk about things that are usually not addressed openly. Pleasure vs Pain is a novel that will have you calling your friends to talk about it and a perfect read for any book club!
A little about me
I started writing this book over ten years ago and then life happened. Eventually, I just stopped writing and focused solely on my family and career. My career was doing great but my book was sitting somewhere marinating and collecting dust. Through out the years I wrote a couple of chapters here and there and would just put them away. In the last year I have had the chance to dust them off and use them as a therapeutic method to find the next chapter in my life. No pun intended. Lets just say, "resilience breeds brilliance"~LaLa zee
My inspiration
All glory to God, my heavenly father because through his love and grace I have arrived to this point in my life. Also my family and my friends. To show them that the love and support they all provide is effective. To show my girls through adversities we can push through with our faith in our Elohim.
